Near LSU

The LSU area is home to some of the most beautiful and most sought after homes in Baton Rouge.  Homes can range from $100,000 to well over a million dollars depending on what you’re looking for. The LSU lakes surround the East side of the campus and are home to parks, beaches, walking trails and stately homes.  You will often find people kayaking in the lakes and feeding the ducks.  You can also see the annual Pelican migration around November each year.  Condos and smaller homes in this area tend to be great investment opportunities for college students. Right down the street from LSU is the Knock Knock Children’s museum which is next to the City-Brooks Community Park, home to the Cane’s Dog Park, golf, tennis, fishing a splash pad and even a labyrinth. Tons of local restaurants are in this area, including the original Raising Canes location.  Trader Joes is right around the corner in the Acadian Village Shopping Center.  The Perkins Overpass is home to many local merchants and restaurants.

Super Easy and Stress Free

Christen is great! She helped me buy a house when I was relocating from two states away and made the process super easy and stress free, so of course she was my first choice when selling that home. She had my house sold within a couple weeks in a subdivision where homes were sitting on the market for 3-4 months before they sold and helped me find my new home before closing. She's the best choice to help you buy or sell your home!
