Near Town Center

The Town Center area is a mecca spot for some of the most beautiful homes in the Greater Baton Rouge area. Old Goodwood is home to mostly older and beautiful homes with a mix of new construction.  Bocage is one of the most premier neighborhoods in the area with many multi million dollar homes.  Tara Subdivision is also in the area with older homes that are being renovated into beautiful updated places.  Calvin’s chicken salad is undoubtedly the best chicken salad on the planet and you can find it at their Bocage Village Supermarket.  There are so many retail shops and restaurants in the area you will rarely have to go to the same place twice in the same month. Whole Foods Market is one of the anchor stores in the Town Center Shopping Center. If you are looking for a private golf club in an elegant community, then the Baton Rouge Country Club is the place for you.  The Bocage Racquet Club is also a great swim/tennis club in the area.

Hands Down the Best Realtor I’ve Worked With
